Product/Process Query handling 3.  Coordination with all Departments. 4.  To explain the clients about various investment products and solving their queries. 5.  Responsible for educating on services offered. 6.  Ensure maximum resolution on phone. 7. Complaint logging, tracking and closing. Solve customer disputes and queries. 8.  Cross-selling the new products and policies. 9.  Process improvement. Identify steps in work processes. Identify improvement opportunities and propose timely suggestions. 10.  To escalate the complaints to the concerned Manger and coordinate for early settlement of the same.
